Íde O’Shaughnessy
Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist, University Hospital Limerick
Íde is a clinical specialist occupational therapist working in the Emergency Department in University Hospital Limerick. She has worked clinically in a number of acute hospitals over the past 15 years. She recently completed her PhD at the Ageing Research Centre at University of Limerick. Her research interests include exploring the experiences and outcomes of older adults who seek emergency and acute care and the development of innovative models of care that are underpinned by comprehensive geriatric assessment.
